Our in-office psychiatrist, Zachary Torry  MD, provides out-patient psychotherapy. Dr. Zachary offers medication counseling as a safeguard about potential harmful side effects of prescription medications.

Victoria L. Vogel has more than 25 years experience counseling couples, adults, and teens. As a seasoned therapist, her approach blends of Body-centered Psychotherapy and Neurofeedback tailored clients specific needs and goals. She is a advanced neurofeedback clinician using LENS Neurofeedback to treat traumatic brain injury, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabiliites, and Post Tramatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Ana del Bosque
Advanced LENS Neurofeedback Specialist

Ana is a neurofeedback clinician who applies her interpersonal skills and attention to serve clients needs as the prime directive in her treatment sessions. Being a mom to a teen daughter Ana enjoys working with families and loves helping kids and teens feel better. Her intuitive skills are put to optimal use for developing and implementing treatment plans particularly for clients who suffer from anxiety and TBI’s.  Ana offers treatment sessions in Spanish or English.

Zachary Torry, MD
Consulting Physician

Dr. Torry practices Integrative Psychiatry with his patients. His years of clinical training and practice in Integrative Psychiatry allow him to help patients using advanced pharmacology and holistic and humanistic psychotherapy. His specific areas of interest include the diagnosis and treatment of major mood disorders (Depression and Bipolar Disorders), anxiety disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic, Social Anxiety, OCD, and PTSD), Postpartum Anxiety and Depression, Adult ADHD, Schizophrenia, and medical conditions with psychiatric involvement. Dr. Torry is Board Certified in both Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatry. He completed his Psychiatry residency training at St. Vincent’s Hospital of New York Medical College in New York City, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Torry is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Pursuing his interest in medical-legal issues, Dr. Torry completed the prestigious Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University Of Pennsylvania.

Grant Rudolph, MA, LMFT
Co-founder, Co-Clinical Director Deceased,  12/1950 — 1/2023

Grant Rudolph, was a Yale-trained neurophysiology specialist. As founding Clinical Director at Echo Neurotherapy since 1986, he was personally administered more than 10,000 neurofeedback treatment sessions. He trained and supervised clinicians in the Echo Neuro protocol of LENS neurofeedback. Grant served on the faculty of four universities and was a founding member of Spirit Rock Meditation Center. In more than three decades of his psychotherapy and neurofeedback research.

He authored “Inside Neurofeedback: Healing Brain Stress, Emotional Disorders, and Trauma Symptoms”. The book chronicles the treatment of more than ninety disorders, including ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, mild brain injury and addiction recovery. It documents clients who successfully resolved issues with sleep, procrastination, confusion, headaches, self-confidence and memory. He verified that a few seconds of reflected EEG signal will induce immediate benefits. The signature result of treatment is enhanced ease and mental clarity.

Grant was adept at the treatment of DSM-5 mental disorders, depth psychoanalysis, positive coaching, metaphorical thinking, practitioner consultations and applied research. In group applications, He administered treatment to the entire student body and staff of a school in one day. Teachers reported that the universal improvement in confidence, clarity and engagement shifted the school’s culture and identity. Grants vision was to develop a device and platform that was a saleable for home use.

Grant was awarded the title “Top Influencer in Transformative Technology” by Sophia University for his work brain science research. He speaks at conferences and conducts neurofeedback-aided meditation retreats. He began his BA at Yale University, and completed a Master’s Degree in Depth Clinical Counseling at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, CA, 1988. He is licensed to practice in California.


Scott A. Jordan, CYT
Meditation Coach and Yoga Teacher

Jordan enjoys helping people integrate meditation into their daily lives. Since 2009, he has offered popular classes on mental and emotional development using essential Buddhist meditative  techniques that are immediately effective during practice and in daily life. His six-week course is packed with practical information for skill development. Small classes are perfect for beginners with rich content for experienced meditators seeking more progress in their practice.

Jordan  is a senior certified yoga instructor was trained  by notable Buddhist monks in meditation. He was ordained as a novice monk and now teaches 10-day residential meditation retreats at the Dhamma Sukha Meditation Center.
