Jessica Pumpa, MA
Expertise
Jessica is an Advanced LENS Neurofeedback Clinician with a Master’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from Simon Fraser University. Her passion for this work began in her teens, after experiencing firsthand the transformative potential of neurofeedback to shift mental patterns and enhance overall well-being. That experience set her on a lifelong path of studying the brain, behavior, and healing—beginning with undergraduate research using EEG technology to explore the connection between neural activity and emotional regulation for optimal mental health.
Care and Support
Jessica brings both clinical training and intuitive sensitivity to her sessions. She has completed a two-year course in intuitive healing and spent five years teaching mindfulness at a local elementary school—tools she continues to integrate into her work with clients today. Jessica enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and she finds particular joy in supporting children, teens, and families as they explore growth and regulation together. She believes that meaningful change happens when we learn to work with the brain, not against it, and is honored to help clients reconnect with their innate resilience and clarity.
