Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation with a licensed clinician to review your history, goals, and symptoms. During the session, you’ll sit comfortably while the LENS system delivers a very subtle signal to the brain for a few seconds at a time. Is LENS Neurofeedback safe?
Yes. LENS is considered very safe for adults and children. The signal used is much weaker than what your brain naturally produces. Sessions are brief and comfortable, and clients remain seated for the entire process.
How many sessions will I need?

Is LENS Neurofeedback FDA-approved?

Do I need a referral to begin therapy?
No referral is required. You may contact either our Mill Valley or Novato clinic directly to schedule a consultation.
