Grant Rudolph was a Yale-trained neurophysiology specialist. As founding Clinical Director at Echo Neurotherapy since 1986, he administered over 10,000 neurofeedback treatment sessions. He trained and supervised clinicians in the Echo Neuro protocol of LENS neurofeedback. Grant served on the faculty of four universities and was a founding Spirit Rock Meditation Center member in more than three decades of psychotherapy and neurofeedback research.

He authored “Inside Neurofeedback: Healing Brain Stress, Emotional Disorders, and Trauma Symptoms”. The book chronicles the treatment of more than ninety disorders, including ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, depression, mild brain injury, and addiction recovery. It documents clients who successfully resolved sleep, procrastination, confusion, headaches, self-confidence, and memory issues. He verified that a few seconds of reflected EEG signal will induce immediate benefits. The signature result of treatment is enhanced ease and mental clarity.

Grant was adept at treating DSM-5 mental disorders, depth psychoanalysis, positive coaching, symbolic thinking, practitioner consultations, and applied research. In group applications, he administered treatment to a school’s entire student body and staff in one day. Teachers reported that improving universal confidence, clarity, and engagement shifted the school’s culture and identity. Grant’s vision was to develop a device and platform that was saleable for home use.

Grant was awarded the title “Top Influencer in Transformative Technology” by Sophia University for his work in brain science research. He was a guest speaker at conferences and conducted neurofeedback-aided meditation retreats. He began his BA at Yale University and completed a Master’s Degree in Depth Clinical Counseling at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California in 1988. He was licensed to practice in California.
